A deposit is required when booking by debit/credit card or cheque.
Deposit may not be refunded in the event of cancellation - please see our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

We regret that deposits paid cannot be refunded.

Full payment of the remaining balance may become due if less than 1 months notice is given to allow us to re-book the room for the full extent of your booking
We can not give a reduction for rooms unoccupied for part / full period of the booking.
We strongly recommend holiday insurance to cover your losses in the event that you have to cancel.
