Comfortable short stay in Camelford

Peaceful perfect stay.,

Pros: Spotlessly clean, Kasey and her team must work hard to keep a place this clean. I liked the colour scheme in my room and the information pack. Wifi worked really well as did the smart TV in the room. The little kitchen was a marvel of ingenious space saving ideas and a godsend over the Xmas period when not everything was open. Bathroom was lovely and a good shower. I liked the way rubbish was handled and sorted for recycling. Quiet, I never heard another sound except for the TV when I was in my room not from, the other guests or any staff. Parking was excellent, there are plenty of spaces. Walking back in the dark you do need a torch, my mobile phone worked for me but as its so dark its wonderful to see the stars. I loved my week here, its fairly central to everything and everywhere in North Cornwall.

Pros: Everything was great, I was sick during my stay and this place was a sanctuary.

Pros: The room was a very good size. Very well equipped and very clean. The WiFi was excellent. The bed was large and comfortable. Really nice shower and all products available. There was a pleasant communal lounge with plenty of reading material available. Ample car parking. The house is in a lovely setting with an easy walk to town. We couldn't fault anything and would recommend.

Cons: It would have been good to have received notification of the acceptance or rejection of our special request before we arrived as the lack of contact caused some confusion so we felt a little awkward on arrival. However, this was sorted out. Just as feedback, a definite response would have saved us both bother and embarrassment.
