Wonderfully quirky and quiet

Pros: A really lovely little room with everything you need on hand. Careful of the ladder stairs if you're infirm though!

Pros: This place is amazing! Me and my dad had the best time, it's in the perfect location and such a lovely place. We loved the hatch down to the bathroom and the extra touches like the fresh eggs and home made jam were so wonderful. Rose was so lovely as well, this place completely made our tip! Couldn't recommend it enough :)

Great for short stay

Pros: Very cute room to stay in. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. The garden and pool are a plus. Amazing location to explore that part of Cornwall. Only a 15-minute walk to the coast.

Cons: The bathroom is very small but enough. No sink in the main room. So washing up needs to be done in a basket which is fine for a couple of days and adds to the quirkiness of the place.

I recommend it for short visits. Everything is as described.

Pros: If you like spending your vacation outside, walking, visiting sights, and need a place to stay - then this studio is ideal. If you are lucky with the weather, there is also a nice corner in the garden with a table to sit and relax. Friendly owners live in a house next door.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful spot.

Pros: Everything! Nothing not to like. It was in a beautiful setting , perfect for the coast or woodland walks. So so restful. We loved having access to a pool and sun loungers and a beautiful patio area. Plenty of clothes rails to hang up wetsuits and towels outside. Our host couldn’t have been welcoming and we loved all the little touches such as milk some snacks and even wine !

Cons: Nothing …. We can’t wait to visit again!

Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful surroundings, peaceful. Hosts were really nice and helpful. Short walk from the sea.

A relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Pros: A lovely, quiet location with excellent access to walking along the coast path and in Tehidy Country Park. A delightful property with character. Well-equipped, making the best use of the space available. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had even supplied a few provisions such as bread and milk.

Cons: There is no running water on the main floor, which is somewhat inconvenient, although the host had provided water containers and washing up bowls. The bathroom is in the basement, accessed via a sturdy wooden ladder. The property is small and could feel a bit cramped if two people are staying.

Perfect rural getaway

Pros: Hosts were really friendly and super helpful in recommending local beaches and walks. Gwithian beach with an NT car park was less than 10 mins drive. The studio has lots of thoughtful touches and the host left out an extra rail in the garden for towels and wet swimming gear. There was also some lovely treats like biscuits and fresh bread as well as essentials like milk. The location was rural, quiet and felt like miles away from the busy school holiday crowds but still near enough to main roads to get exploring or find somewhere to eat in the nearby town. The pool was a real bonus of this property, especially on a warm and sunny day and if you're really lucky, the neighbouring cows will come up to the fence to say hello! There was a lovely terrace to sit for a meal or an evening glass of wine and the view from the studio was so good for the soul in the mornings.
