Valley View Studio Annexe

Pros: Lovely property so close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The bed was a bit too small for us but other than that everything was great. Be aware there are no local shops.

A wonderful, warm and sunny stay in a beautiful place!

Pros: The property was pretty much perfect! Beautifully furnished, super clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were greeted with a small bottle of Prosecco and a lovely heart shaped basket full of things like coffee, tea, chocolate and cookies! We thought this was a really nice touch from the host, to welcome us into their property. The location was fantastic for us and what we wanted out of our holiday. We knew we were going to be doing a fair bit of driving based on where we wanted to visit in Cornwall and this was the perfect base for us. But not only a good base but Seaton itself, the beach, the scenic views and facilities such as the beach bar were fabulous. We had no idea the beach was so close by. Just a stones throw away! We would definitely like to return to this property in the future - thanks very much!

Pros: This was a lovely little studio property with a fab beach and pub nearby. Very dog friendly, exceptionally clean and some lovely welcome gifts. Would stay where again if we came back.

Cons: Would have quite liked a bigger mirror ! But otherwise it was perfect.

Perfect, cosy annexe for a quiet break.

Pros: The key code was provided at the allocate time, property was easy to find and great communication from the host. It was a perfect spot for relaxation with great dog friendly beaches and property.

The best stay ever in England

Pros: It was super clean, comfortable, stylish. Perfect for couple to stay. The location is amazing, just a minute from the beach. If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay in definitely this is the one.

Great place for a short winter long weekend.

Pros: Proximity to beach and walking, as well as pub/cafe. Heating! Very clean and great decor. Quality cookware and decent silicon spatulas to keep it that way!

Cons: No microwave.

A fabulous getaway

Pros: A Perfect Getaway! We recently had the pleasure of staying at valley view and we can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, check in was incredibly easy. The accommodation was nothing short of luxurious. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the valley, the welcome basket was very much appreciated especially the Prosecco, the furnishings are top-notch and added to our overall comfort. Location-wise, valley view couldn’t be better. It’s conveniently situated near beaches, coastal paths and a country park opposite making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventure, it was wonderful to return to such a serene and peaceful environment. Overall, I cannot recommend valley view enough! Whether you’re looking for a getaway or a solo retreat, this place has it all. We would love to return for another relaxing holiday!
