Pros: Great location, has a dedicated parking space which is ideal, especially in Falmouth! We only stayed a couple of nights and it had everything needed for self catering.

Cons: The weather was really cold and wet when I stayed, the heating is on a timer off site and because it’s an old property the temp drops really cold really quickly, the bedroom window doesn’t shut properly either so that room was particularly cold. I contacted the agent and didn’t get a great response. I’d only consider staying here in the summer months. There’s a slight damp problem too, with the curtains and blinds showing signs of mould. The property needs some TLC

Perfect space, timy quirks

Pros: Nice space and good location, no issues with the hosts - key collection or return. Parking space was great.

Cons: The space was kept a little bit cold with central heating working rather low even at night. There was an unwashed chopping board in the kitchen and some curtains that were left to dry and not hung on the rails when we arrived.

Nice base if your traveling around

Pros: The Appartment was a good size and kept minimal so easy get all of ours things into. Parking spot was right near the door aswell. The bed was comfortable and we were given lots of towels. A short drive to the haurbour and also to the main highstreet.

Cons: There were a few things that needed updating or a slightly deeper clean. The Appartment is down a Allyway like road and not easy to turnaround on the main road of you miss it. We were given instructions from the host though.

Pros: Wonderful space, decor, size for family stay. In walking distance to many places of interest. Good spot to visit the university and Falmouth

Pros: What a quaint little place that suited us perfectly. Lovely modern decor and so clean, spacious rooms with bright light and windows secure enough to lock open slightly to keep ventalated. Peaceful and quiet location. Neighbours were somewhat noisy at times, but they were just enjoying themselves. Local to some of the best places to visit, restaurants and bars, enjoyable walk to the park, town and seafront. We shall be back very soon indeed. Thank you

Good value, well equipped, comfy stay. Shame about the neighbours!

Pros: Accommodation was great. Unfortunately family next door arguing with foul language very loudly in the evening for some time spoilt the experience though I understand this is outside the host's control

Pros: It was so simple,just arrive,put the key code in to get the key and in,no messing about with booking in,it was like home from home.. comfortable, would defo 0 book again.

Cons: To be honest I couldn't fault it at all

Pros: Lovely little place to stay, plenty of space for two people, in a great location for Falmouth.

Cons: It was cold and no way to turn up the heating. There was a heater that we could plug in but it didn't really heat up the space much. The walls are very thin and we could hear those next door quite clearly.

Weekend away at Little Haven

Pros: Very clean, nice decor (very b&m core), large bedroom with comfy bed, good parking, well equipped kitchen, overall a very nice place to stay for a weekend away...

Cons: This is very nitpicky - Oven could do with instructions, the kitchen lightswitch is hard to find (behind fridge), you could only watch freeview and bbc iplayer etc. despite logging in to NOW TV ect., couldn't find any recycling bins, shower water pressure is quite poor, and walls are quite thin. No Major Issues

An enjoyable stay at Little Haven. Great for exploring Falmouth and the rest of Cornwall

Pros: proximity to town. warm apartment, very quiet and peaceful. owners responded to all enquiries very promptly. Arrival instructions were very clear and they let us check in earlier than advertised. free parking is always a bonus.

Cons: Sofa wasn't very comfortable. quilt was a bit small. Difficult to find the kitchen light switch.
