Really well equipped and comfortable accommodation with great seaviews.

Pros: Everything was new, done to a high standard and well designed. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great seaview. The location is very good for ferries, plenty of places to eat and shops etc.

Cons: Some might find access tricky due to uneven steps off the street, but this is just part of its traditional location for Falmouth and a small price to pay for the great location and seaview.

Great location & very clean. Lovely owners!

Pros: The property was very clean & in a great location. Zoe was extremely helpful & responded very quickly to any queries.

Cons: There is a flat above Merthen House & unfortunately any noise (music, chatting etc) is very audible. Obviously this isn’t a problem in the daytime, but not ideal when trying to sleep! Just a minor consideration …..a bathmat might be useful & a cheese grater!😊
