Perfect weekend away 10 out of 10

Pros: Property was clean and well equipped with every you need but the added bonus was the hidden bar at the end of the garden Great hosts can’t wait to return 😊

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and brilliant few days

Pros: Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Super friendly hosts who gave a little local knowledge but allowed us to have our space. Beautiful garden. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend and return sometime. The pub was a great 'night out.'

Cons: Needing to go through the main house but this couldn't be avoided and the hosts were totally genuine about them not being bothered.

Stunning and magical

Pros: Lee and Sharon were the best hosts, and wow what a place, will definitely be coming back. Lee and Sharon couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best stay. And we loved the bar.

Cons: Nothing. You would be mad if you found anything wrong with this place.

Perfect getaway, great hosts, fantastic facilities - a must book!!

Pros: The property is very unique in the fact it has it own pub at the top of the garden. It’s absolutely fantastic!! The gardens are stunning and the cabin was perfect, so clean fresh and done to a high standard! So much hard work has gone into this fantastic place!

True hospitality in a great location

Pros: Stargazy Garden was a perfect fit for us. The cabin was cosy, well equipped and comfortable and the beautifully landscaped gardens create a feeling of true serenity - especially at night with the lights! We'd seen the information on the Irish Bar but hadn't fully appreciated what an unique feature it was, we took a bottle of wine up and had a lovely evening playing pool. This was such a nice touch on a wintery night. Lee & Sharon are full of warmth and made us feel so welcome.

Pros: This place is absolutely magical. Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. The accommodation is perfect 👌 Comfy bed, everything you could need and the private pub in the garden was so much fun. We went out to loads of great places nearby for food and walks, and yet it was always exciting to come 'home' and have a pool and darts tournament 🤣 I will recommend to all my friends and family and hope to visit again one day. And Gordon the dog had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Pros: The self-contained apartment was lovely, set in gorgeous gardens. It’s almost like a mini Eden. The pub at the top of the garden is so well thought out. We had a great time playing pool. The hosts were such lovely, welcoming people. The apartment is reached by going through their home, which initially seemed a little odd, but as soon as you realise that they are genuinely happy to see you, it was so nice to stop and chat.

Cons: Not a fault of the property or hosts at all, but there was building work happening next door and some banging did disturb the peace a bit.
