Cosy apartment in a great location

Pros: Good location, cosy apartment. All you need to know provided before the visit.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and cosy in Cornwall.

Pros: Easy to reach by car given some of Looe's other narrow, hilly streets, the property was cosy and warm, and perfectly sized for a long weekend break with my wife and our daughter. It was well equipped (although we took our own towels/toiletries to help reduce our environmental impact and cost to a small business). Tastefully decorated. Good hot shower space in bathroom. Conveniently close to The Jolly Sailor pub across the road, and, although we didn't need it, there's an adjacent Spar minimarket with long opening hours.

Cons: Parking. Never managed to get a space outside the property (I did see an empty one once for about 30 seconds, but you might need to double park to unload/load on arrival/departure) so had to pay £16.50 per day to park along the nearby privately owned quayside. The small fire station there did deploy to keep an eye on my vehicle on one occasion (see photos), but you don't go to Cornwall in January if you don't want a 'rugged' experience. ;-)

Fantastic stay in Looe

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment within walking distance of picturesque Looe

Pros: Everything! Beautiful setting within walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. Exactly as described, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely stay again.

Delightful apartment and location for a long weekend break in Looe.

Pros: Cosy, warm, clean and homely. Great location with a wonderful pub, The Jolly Sailor, a very short walk away.

Cons: Front door a bit sticky but hardly a problem really.

Great location, just enough for a short break

Pros: Location was fantastic and comfortable for a short break. Very handy for the Jolly Sailor pub, Spar and Coffee shop, all within 50 paces.

Cons: Not a lot to dislike apart from trying to park in a space outside the property. Managed it ok on day 2.

Matt went out of his way to make contacr before the stay.

Pros: Great location, very comfortable, close to the harbour and across the road from the most authentic Cornish pub you could ever wish to find.

Cons: Nothing, it was everything we needed.

Great location, lovely apartment and great host. Very pleasant stay.

Pros: Location , facilities , cleanliness and excellent information from the host.

Cons: If you don’t book the whole property there’s frequent movement and noise from upstairs guests.

Great little getaway for a few days.

Pros: Great location close to ferry for East Looe and we were happy with the rooms and facilities provided.

Cons: Starting to get a bit chilly in late September in the evening and WiFi controlled heating appeared to do its own thing, but not too much bother since we were mostly out.

Perfect location and lovely property

Cons: Maybe second bedroom was a little small!
