Mevagissey Boutique Flatlet with sea and countryside views

Absolutely perfect!!

Pros: Absolutely everything! The attention to detail in the flat was unbelievable, it was just stunning and so many quirky furnishings and I couldn’t think of anything you could do to make it better

Fabulous accommodation in a beautiful area. Excellent hosts.

Pros: Very easy to get the keys as Sarah met us and walked us through the accommodation.

A gem of a place to stay for a short break in Mevagissey and the surrounding areas

Pros: The property is furnished to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. It’s in a great spot with just a 10 minute down to Mevagissey. We particularly liked the welcome basket with home-made biscuits, granola and the gin and tonics chilling in the fridge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. And would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Pros: Seagulls was a lovely flatlet. Nicely designed and very comfortable.

Pros: The property is easy to find and perfect for a couple, with everything you could want. Our lovely hostess met us and showed us through , and left us a basket of treats, including the most wonderful homemade granola and freshly squeezed juice, homemade biscuits and gin and tonics. Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Pros: Retrieving the keys was easy and, while the flatlet is attached to the owners' property, there was still appropriate privacy. Both Sarah and Dave made themselves available and were very responsive, if we had questions or particular needs. They made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and took the form of a buffet, with both sweet and savoury options. My friend is vegan and Sarah offered a lovely alternative. It's been a lovely stay and, should we find ourselves in Mevagissey again, we would make sure to book the Seagull Flatlet again. Thank you both!

Pros: couldn't have asked for a better place, hosts and facilities

Pros: We chose not to go for the breakfast option even though the facility was there - just arrange the evening before

Cons: there was nothing not to like - hosts were lovely and have done an amazing job on accomadation.

Relaxed, comfortable, beautiful. Would stay again.

Pros: Beautifully decorated. Everything was of a very high standard. Great sea and hillside views. Birdsong. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Very well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable 2 person sofa. Hosts Dave and Sarah were friendly, but left us to it.

Cons: Absolutely nothing negative can be said, apart from we had to leave eventually.

Pros: 'Seagulls' is in a great location up above mevagissey and with views out over the sea and the surrounding area. It has a free parking space included which is important in that area! It's a 10 minute walk down into Mevagissey and slightly longer (uphill!) coming back. It's about the same distance going the other way down into Portmellon where there's a small bay and a harbourside pub. We had a warm friendly welcome from the hosts, Sarah and Dave, who looked after us very well and were able to give us tips and advice on the area. Also a lovely welcome pack. The flat was lovely, clean and tidy and with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The weather was very good while we were there and it was a treat to be able to sit on the patio outside in the morning and enjoy the view of the sea while we had our breakfast. Brilliant when you normally live in the Midlands! Highly recommended.
