Pros: Excellent location for a wedding at Lusty Glaze beach. Clear instructions and clean.

Cons: Washing machines did not work. Too much furniture in the sitting area for 4 people.

A spacious, clean and modern apartment just a short walk to the town centre with beautiful sea views

Pros: The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village and the views overlooking the sea were beautiful. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and had all the facilities that we needed and more.

Excellent location and view, accessories could use some updating

Pros: Great location and view of the sea. The kitchen was well equipped with basic needs. We spent Christmas here and the home was decorated which was greatly appreciated. There is a walking path across the street with excellent views of the water. Loved the air fryer!

Cons: The placemats on the table were very sticky. They had not been wiped down. The towel heaters in the bathroom were not working. This was disappointing. The furniture is low to the ground and not overly comfortable. A roll of paper towels would be very welcoming. I would love to see the coffee maker updated to a Nespresso or something similar.

Well appointed apartment, with fabulous see views enabled us to fully relax and enjoy all that Newquay has to offer

Beautiful View

Pros: Excellent view of the sea, much better than I expected and even though there is a road underneath, you hardly hear it with the windows shut as you are on the 3rd floor. . Really good kitchen with a cooker, hob, toaster, kettle and even an air fryer. Check in was really easy and we were even allowed in an hour or so early! Also a big bonus is the parking.

Perfect for an exploration of Cornwall, centrally located with excellent facilities.

Pros: Comfort, location, cleanliness, ease of entry, free parking onsite, welcoming hosts.highly recommended for a group of 3 or 4.

Ideal for what we wanted, just a shame it’s on such a busy and noisy main road.

Pros: Property is in a perfect location with lovely sea views. It’s spacious and clean.

Cons: The road is very noisy and busy so unfortunately we didn’t sleep well. We were also locked out on one occasion because the main door had been locked from the inside and non of the residents were prepared to come down and unlock it.
