Pros: Our stay at Saltwater was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like home. Sofia has a remarkable eye for detail and ensures every element is in place to make her guests feel completely at ease. The bed and pillows were just right for us, offering restful sleep each night. We also appreciated the generously sized towels and the great shower. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation.

Loved it, would definitely book again.

Pros: Room was lovely, very clean and laid out well. Location was very good, could walk to center. Easy to find and the key, would definitely come here again.

Cons: Only thing was there was a cover missing on the ceiling exposing some pipe work, next to the fire alarm, maybe some salt and pepper should be provided as well.

Pros: Big apartment, easy check-in with a lock box, convenient parking included. Nice to have the kitchen and lounge area. Good value for money.

Cons: It was a bit hot in the apartment and we struggled to get the temperature down.

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The location is exceptional, located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. The flat itself is modern, extremely spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay away from home. It truly gives you that feeling of wanting to live there forever. Communication from Sophia was excellent, with clear and helpful instructions throughout. The flat is also very close to Pentire Headland and Lewinnick Lodge, where you can enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets we’ve ever seen. Thank you, Sophia, for being such a wonderful host!

We were very happy with our 3 night stay. Easy access and very private too.

Pros: My husband and I had a very long flight from Johannesburg, South in December, followed by a lengthy car drive to Newquay. We were bushed on arriving at Salt Warer, and were amazed at the perfect instructions given beforehand, by our host, Sophia. Great accommodation for 3 nights and we chose a good location. We used Salt Water as our base to visit Port Isaac, St Ives, St Agnes and Lands End.

Cons: Cant think of anything apart from perhaps leaving extra blankets.

Brilliant in every way , we will be back

Pros: The spec and the space of the apartment was the best we have been in . We went in January and the apartment was cosy and warm . Brilliant shower good location if you are ok with a bit of a walk into Newquay but fab to have parking and a lovely restaurant up the road . Could not fault it!

Well appointed and equiped apartmen

Pros: Apartment is well decorated, clean and warm. It has all the equipment and facilities you will need and during your stay.

Cons: Nothing major, but outside gate needs fixing - banging in the wind all night. And for a county that is always saying about water shortage and using is wisely, seemed strange that the bathroom basin and 2 sinks in kitchen didn't have plugs - had to let the tap run all the time - strange

Had a lovely weekend in apartment

Pros: Location was good, property was very clean and provided lots of extras.

Cons: Shame we didn’t have a sea view, otherwise nothing as property was excellent

Very quiet poses

Pros: Very comfortable, quiet, well-equipped ground floor flat.

Cons: The lack of a view! The flat is situated on the ground floor, at the back ofthe building, next to the small car park. The weather was poor so we were not tempted to sit on the patio; just as well, given there is no patio furniture!
