Pros: Good free parking nice tidy area Good cafe in main building Good food and atmosphere in the pub on site great place to spend a family holiday

Cons: It was a shame we couldn't use the facilities on site because we were in a private rental even though we offered to pay to use the pool for our granddaughter but rules are rules

Great property, site disapointing.

Pros: The property is lovely, clean and comfortable. Home from home.

Cons: We were informed we had to get a parking permit for access onto the site. We recieved several notifications of same. Tried to get in advance, as told to. Phone calks to site very unhelpful, we were told to get it when we arrived. When we arrived we were told its not needed, so why all the fuss? Also, very disapointed we could not use the leisure facilities., as we didnt have a leisure pass. We asked if we could pay to use them and were told no. Members of the public can use them, as we spoke to a lady who brings her daughter there, but not us. Maybe this shoukd be made clear in advance.

Pros: We had everything we needed for our stay 3rd year running, There was a welcome gift of a cream tea to welcome us plus some milk left in the fridge for our arrival that made the start of our holiday. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, very comfortable, would recommend anyone to stay, we had value for money.

Cons: We did find the mattress on the double bed a bit uncomfortable it was a bit to hard but no other complaints

Great house very clean and nice location

Pros: It had everything you require being away from home, unfortunately the TV didn’t work but that was ok as we were out most of the time, would recommend this proerty

Pros: Clean and comfortable generally. Very nice to see complementary scones, jam and milk.

Cons: Would have been nice to be able to use the facilities such as pool even if small fee payable.

HAD A GREAT STAY, WILL BE BOOKNG AGAIN

Pros: Brilliant place to stay for a week in Cornwall. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice white fluffy towels provided, instruction manuals for appliances, everything clearly labelled. There was even milk and a Cornish Cream Tea for us on arrival, these little touches go a long way.

Cons: The only improvement I could suggest would be to replace the curtains upstairs to block the light coming in to the bedrooms from very early in the morning!

Our stay

Pros: Clean, comfortable, a small gift left for us meant alot, it was also near to places we wanted to visit. It was quiet and restful which is what we wanted, Other visitors staying always friendly

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. We have stayed there before in 2022 in number 33 we liked it so much we came back again this year and visited places we didn't do the year before

Pros: The comfort and the area, the ease of using the kitchen appliances, all in good working conditions
