Very clean, comfortable property and would highly recommend.

Pros: Seashells is an immaculately presented property, maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and care throughout. Kim’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the accommodation, which is comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable and refined stay, including the provision of tea, coffee, and fresh milk. The inclusion of thoughtful and tasteful touches, such as fresh flowers throughout the property, further enhances the overall experience. The property also benefits from a designated private parking space and private front and rear gardens, offering both convenience and privacy. The location is particularly well considered, being approximately a 20-minute walk from Padstow, with a large supermarket conveniently situated just five minutes away on foot.

Superb Quality and Clean property with secure entrance. Only 16 minutes walk into Padstow harbour. Recommend.

Pros: Excellent quality and superb cleanliness. All items that you would need for a longer stay. Very comfortable. In the summer the garden would be a welcome feature. It is private and felt secure.

Cons: A couple of small ‘even better if’ The stepping stones over the grass in the dark invariable means you end up walking on wet grass as they are small and sunk. The use of very fragrant spray over bedding was quite off putting for me as it was very floral.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful property. Cosy, clean and welcoming. Everything you needed, nothing you didn’t. We could have stayed for a week.

Cons: We didn’t stay long enough.

Perfect spot for easy access to centre of Padstow and visiting surrounding areas.

Pros: Lovely and clean and modern. Great to have a small garden for the dog in a quiet road. Just a 15 minute walk to Padstow centre and harbour and Tesco Supermarket 5 minute walk away.

Cons: Not really an issue, but would be nice to have a TV that we could watch Netflix or Amazon Prime on for those rainy days.

Lovely clean property within easy reach of Padstow.

Pros: Check in communication was timely with easy to follow instructions. The location of the property was great, which made it easy to explore Cornwall during the day and within a 10/15 minute walk into Padstow to enjoy an evening out. The property was spotless with lovely seaside decoration. Due to the weather we weren’t able to use the garden, but imagine it’d be lovely to sit in of a summer evening.

Cons: The only thing missing and it’s very tiny is that we couldn’t find any scissors or a pizza tray, but we managed and it didn’t impact our stay at all!
