Pros: Met by the friendly, helpful host and shown around the apartment. Very comfortable with everwe needed. A real bonus to have such a super view from the balcony, where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine.

Pros: The balcony was a lovely surprise. The location afforded us a fantastic view and easy access to local walks and the ferry to Fowey. The local pub was very friendly and the owners with their dog very welcoming

Cons: Access to unload is tricky due to parking restrictions. The steep steps were quite challenging for both me and my elderly dog

Pros: Stunning location right on the waters edge. The apartment was well equipped and spotless clean, very tranquill we slept like logs Lots of things to do near the apartment

Pros: The location was perfect, with fantastic views. The location was very central and great for coastal walks with the dog.

Cons: We enjoyed everything about our stay but be warned Polruan is not a suitable place to visit if you have mobility issues. It's very hilly and lots of steps.
