Praa Sands - Apartment - Sleeps 2 - Parking

Recommended for a short, quiet stay.

Pros: Compact, quiet location. Everything needed for a short break was provided, and the place was comfortable. It’s a 10 minute walk from the sands (going down the hill). The location gives ease of access by car to Penzance and Helston. Buses stop outside, but we didn’t use them.

Pros: Property, owner and location all excellent, I would definitely book again. Health issues made me leave early

Pros: Lovely patio area, nice double doors, everything I needed but did run out of loo roll !!! 🤣

Pros: The Nook is very cosy and comfortable. Ideal for two guests. Location is great. Host very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very good location, clean and uncluttered flat. You have there all you need for self catering. Free parking just in front of the flat. French windows opening to the outside area with little table and seats, so we had meals there since the weather was nice.

Cons: It would be nice to have a tiny patch of grass in front of the flat. Perhaps it can be done, and then it would be perfect.

Pros: Lovely little place to stay, so affordable and so cozy. Close to everything and even though it wasn’t the best weather we had a lovely stay.

Cons: Nothing, was perfect.

Perfect for my requirements

Pros: Very lovely, kind and friendly host who gave me lithe extras like shower gel and milk and even drove to meet me and hand back earrings I’d left at the cabin! Which was much appreciated

Excellent self-catering accommodation in quiet and well situated location

Pros: Cosy and clean apartment with good amenities and your own parking space. Key collection was very easy with access to a lock box so we didn’t have to coordinate with the host to gain access. The host was very responsive with any questions we had! The beach is beautiful and a 10-15 min walk from the property, with a Spar around the corner. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location is perfect for an active couple looking to explore beaches etc. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bed is against the wall so not really suited to the less young! The location makes a great base but isn't really a destination if you intend to spend a lot of time at base.

Ruhige Lage, super zum Ausspannen, jederzeit wieder.

Pros: Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, Toaster, Kochfeld mit vier Platten, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Föhn. Es war alles sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Auto in 5 min. am Sandstrand, auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Strandbar, super Platz um den Tag mit dem einen oder anderen Getränk ausklingen zu lassen. Es lässt sich prima Urlaub machen, jederzeit wieder.
