Wonderful hopefully will visit again.

Pros: Lovely quiet area, very spacious inside, it had exert thing we needed including instructions for the appliances.

Pros: very comfortable, well appointed, easy parking and very peaceful and quiet.

Giant, comfy home away from home

Pros: This apartment was HUGE! So spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean. It had some lovely homely touches like pottery on display which I loved, cupboards with puzzles and games, a helpful folder with information, some milk in the fridge when we arrived (surprisingly a rarity nowadays!) Provisions for our dog was not just an afterthought - we got a comfy bed, several bowls and blankets provided which we were chuffed about. We all had very comfortable sleeps, we all stretched out in the living room and watched some films in the evening. Relevant switches etc were labelled clearly without ruining the homely feel, and quirks such as needing to set a time on the oven before it works were explained very clearly in the manual, with diagrams.

Cons: Nothing really! I would just say, from some signs up in the apartment block, some residents are on the look-out for bad dog behaviour e.g. taking dogs for a poop in the estate, having them off lead in the estate etc. So this is more a plea to others to be extra careful to follow these rules or the permission for guests to have dogs stay could be revoked (as explained in the house manual). That would be a huge shame as my dog had a lovely time :)

We had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Location is in a stunning coastal area, ideal for walkers. Short drive to the lovely St Ives too. The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished.

Cons: There was no soap which would have been helpful. Despite turning on all switches there there was no air extraction in the bathrooms.

Great apartment in a lovely location.

Pros: Great apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, village pub and station to hop on a train into St Ives.

Cons: Nothing not to like ....

Pros: This is the second time I've stayed here, It's a fantastic property in one of my favorite place in Britain. We will be back.

The most comfortable and spacious B&B we've stayed in this visit.Well worth the visit to St Ives.

Pros: Everything.The bed was comfortable as was pillows.Spacious rooms,dog friendly, well equipped kitchen fir dining in option.Highly recommend.

Cons: Key lock broken but l reported it for repair.

Unusually large and spacious apartment in a quiet location with good parking.

Pros: Very spacious apartment equipped with everything you might need. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were very spacious and lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The dedicated parking made it easy to come and go. Very quiet location but close enough to village.

Cons: The gas hot water boiler stopped working after the first night and a plumber had to call to fix it. There was no out of hours service available despite the claims in the booklet that it was available however Carbis Bay holidays arranged the plumber as soon as they opened at 9am. The key safe was very fiddly to open and should be repaired/replaced.

Lovely Cornwall

Pros: Great apartment in a great location, quiet, near a train station get to St Ives, Penzance and more, great local pub The Badger Inn.

Pros: The apartment was impeccably furnished and I had everything I needed to both work from 'home' as well as use it as a base for business travel. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.... The apartment location is also perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. St.Ives, Carbis Bay, Penzance and Land's End all within easy reach. I would also recommend a wee visit to the West Cornwall Golf Club just along the way...very welcoming & the home made pizzas are fabulous! I wouldn't hesitate to record this property! Oh & they laid on the best weather too.....that is quite the skill....and I'll be asking their secret!!!🤣🌞🏖🤣
