Tippy's Guesthouse

Pros: Staff very friendly, Barry greeted us on arrival and helped with luggage as I also had a bad leg, tippy guesthouse stayed in contact and made sure we had no problem gaining access to the property due to, the delay in our times during our 4hour drive and traffic, very welcoming, gave us recommendation to eat with a great view of the beach, great location, walking distance to the main strip, bars and beaches, we had the unsuite room, very clean, couldn't find fault apart from the WiFi connection to the t.v, the small extra details of taxis numbers, the contact number if we needed to get hold of the hosts and plenty coffee etc, very pleased with our stay

Cons: We couldn't watch t.v as the Internet connection was poor

Quiet and very comfortable.

Pros: The location was great and the bed was really comfortable. It had lovely big windows and was lovely and clean. We had a shared bathroom but it might as well have been ours as I didn't see or hear anyone use it at all during our stay. we slept very well and it was very quiet.

Cons: We had no trouble parking but we got to the car park round the corner quite early on otherwise we might have struggled, just for people to be aware of. Also even thought the bed was really comfy, it was also very low, so some people might struggle getting out of it.

Lovely short stay in a central location.

Pros: Room was lovely and clean. The shared bathroom was always spotless! Perfect location to give easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Pros: Lovely room clean tidy well equipped the host was very nice friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bed was a little bit low for me as I suffer back problems so it was a bit difficult for me to get on and back off it.

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location

Pros: Location was absolutely perfect. The hosts were lovely and happy to help support any additional requests whether they could. It was good that crockery was provided.

Cons: The only downside was no laundry facilities or even outside space set up to allow wet/sand covered clothes to dry off so they ended up in the rooms which wasn’t nice for us but also probably not great for the rooms too. We attempted to be as clean as possible but sand does get everywhere so we would have preferred an outside space to air our items out.

Lovely place to stay when in Newquay!

Pros: Was nice and close to the beach and accessible to the town centre. Parking was never an issue nearby. Barry was so lovely and welcoming it was nice to be there, you could tell he loves Newquay as a place. Room was big, so was bathroom. Had everything you needed!

One of my best trip with awesome stay. In Hindi there is a saying which goes like this “ Paisa Vasool” means very penny

Pros: 1.Location of the property is 4mins walk from Newquay train station. 2. Room is spacious ,clean moreover the en-suite toilet and bathroom was also big. 3. Barry was very hospitable,never seen a host like him. I’m gonna definitely visit again before this summer ends.

Cons: Checkin is 3pm which I didn’t like. If they could change the checkin time to 12 pm that would be lovely.

Pros: Lovely hosts. Very accommodating with great room. We stayed here during our surfing trip to Newquay. Located close to the beach.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Clean and very comfortable place, with welcoming person. The location close to railway station and to zoo. The bathroom was very big, room was very shiny, clean and no noise can be heard. We sleep well.

Cons: Check in time a bit later (15:00).but likely we could came early morning and left our bags
