Lovely stay, everything we needed, would use again.

Pros: Lovely chalet on excellent complex plenty of room well equipped

Cons: Looked a little tried, needs fresh coat of paint, didn’t detract from stay ( just my observation)

Great space for a relaxing break

Pros: Great space, kitchen well equipped. Loved having recliner sofa, firestick and coffee machine. Beds comfy too. Good size soft towels. Lovely grounds and pool.

Cons: Stair carpet needs replacement. It was pretty clean but carpet edges a bit dusty and remote holder grubby. Minor issues but thought I’d mention as easy to fix.

Great property, clean, comfortable and lovely location.

Pros: Great location - in a quiet area of the estate, but just a short walk to all the amenities, should you want to use them. Also a great location for visiting local towns and beaches - lots to do in the area. The house was spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need for a home from home. I particularly loved having a balcony to sit out on, and my children loved using the bodyboard at the beach.

Cons: I loved everything about the house, grounds and location, but the additional site facilities were lacking. My teens would have used the arcade room but the money machine was broken, and staff wouldn't give change. The entertainment seemed to be geared to toddlers - having looked in a few times, we avoided it. I think the entertainment would suit families with young children - they seemed to be having fun. I was glad of having access to a laundry room, but it was very expensive to use and half the machines weren't working, which meant many trips back and forth waiting for a working machine. These were just minor issues though.

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped the TV having a firestick was wonderful for watching something at the end of a long day. The fishing lakes were lovely, my kids had a great time there. We had 7 of us stay and it was spacious enough for us. The fold out bed was comfy too and my wife and I slept well on it.

Cons: There was actually nothing we didn't like about the property or the location.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Perfect Getaway!** This vacation home exceeded all our expectations! The property was clean, had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. The location was ideal, close to [attractions/nature], yet private and quiet. The host was responsive and provided helpful local tips. We’d love to stay here again! ---

Great house for us

Pros: Lovely location and good size rooms / bathroom and shower room Family spaces !!

Perfect for quiet getaway

Pros: Instructions to house was perfect. Host very quick to respond to questions and fixing problems. House perfect for size of our family. Loved the balcony. Location was perfect. Quiet area but not to far from the tourist attraction for a day trip. Shop on site got all the essentials and not expensive. Loved the golf, we had such a laugh trying to play it. Fishing was brilliant kept the men busy for hours.

Cons: The coffee machine was out of order. House need a little TLC ea worn stairs carpet, some basic kitchen utentials broken or not available. House is clean but more attention to detail when cleaning like hoover under beds and sofas and in corners.

Pros: The object is spacious and has 2 bathrooms, which makes it very easy to function with a larger number of guests. The kitchen is well equipped, there is nothing missing except basic spices. There are many TV channels to choose from, which makes evenings and rainy days more pleasant. Very helpful directions sent by the owner. I can recommend that place .

Cons: The key box jams and is very hard to open. 1 of the bathrooms has no lock. The size of the TV in relation to the size of the room is relatively small. Some board games like monopoly or scrabble would be useful.

Pros: Liked the location and holiday park. Convenient location for visit to tintagel castle. I liked the fan heater in bathrooms😄.

Cons: No lock in one of the bathrooms, that was so shocking! Instead there was a hole 😨. No dishwasher No washing machine Not suitable for long stay, fortunately our stay was short. I found it difficult to find the property but was part my fault, the instructions were spot on, I should have read more carefully.

Fantastic little getaway

Pros: The property was spacious and clean with everything we could have needed including fast WiFi. The location is fabulous with lots of beautiful places to visit nearby. We also made use of the swimming pool and entertainment on site. Our children had the time of their lives. Check in was easy via a lock box and the owner sent us lots of useful information before we went.
