Such a little gem, it’s beautiful.

Pros: It was so easy to find and in a lovely location ,ideal for days out in Cornwall .We really enjoyed our stay, it’s was so well equipped and comfortable and the property has a lot of history about it former use.

Beautiful cottage in an accessible and easy location.

Pros: A great space for two people - the cottage felt welcoming, homely and comfortable. It was cosy without being overcrowded with furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedroom was huge with plenty of storage. The whole place was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The furniture was solid and good quality, and both sofas were very comfortable. Bodmin is a nice location to be able to travel to lots of other places, and has essential amenities within it. I also liked that the cottages were not down a tiny lane and easy to get to, so none of that stressful navigating every day!

Cons: These are really only very minor things and overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. However, the hot water tank isn't big enough to fill a bath, we were only given one toilet roll for a week, the courtyard greenery is overgrown onto the path (just a bit annoying when it's wet!) and TV signal is a bit patchy. As the cottages are all in one block there is a little bit of noise occasionally from others, and they are on a working farm so occasionally people coming and going during the day. The owners are on site and have several (friendly) dogs who roam free, bark quite a lot and don't have the best recall - just to be aware for guests who have a reactive dog this might not be the best place.

Spacious and comfortable

Pros: A lovely cottage, clean, cozy and comfortable. Well located for all the best Cornwall attractions. Property is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Cons: The television lacks capacity for streaming programs.

Pros: The pictures didn’t do it justice, it was much much more beautiful in person. Bed so extremely comfortable and the sheets the softest thing I have ever slept in. Location good.

Pros: We really can not find any fault with the property, the host, the local area or the facilities. Lovely and warm, very clean with all we needed for a excellent stay, would very strongly recommend this property and the hosts.

Excellent loved it

Pros: Excellent accommodation. On a working farm but not a problem at all . Cottage very comfortable for 2 people . Well equipped in all area's . Little log burner nice . Already looking to book again .

Cons: Only thing was trees could be trimmed back a bit on pathway . Not a criticism just so pathway clear .

Eine wunderbare Zeit zu zweit in einer wunderbaren Wohnung.

Pros: Das Cottage war wunderbar, großzügig geschnitten, ein bequemes Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit geräumiger Dusche, also alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ein wenig abgelegen, dafür wunderbar im Grünen. Das Restaurant Fern ist gerade erst eröffnet und bietet kreative, hochklassige Küche, dafür allerdings ein wenig hochpreisiger. Bei der Anfahrt unbedingt die Wegbeschreibung beachten, alleine mit der Anschrift und dem Post Code findet man die Einfahrt nicht so leicht. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, eine klare Empfehlung.
