Great base for Maenporth and Falmouth

Pros: Spacious, well equipped. Comfy sofas and bed. Great value for money

Cons: A little cramped in the main bedroom if you have limited mobility.

Great location for exploring South Cornwall

Pros: Ideal location for family of 5 break to South Cornwall. Spacious

Cons: Shower instructions not clear but worked it out

Pros: The house was clean, had everything you needed, comfortable beds. Was surrounded by forest, fresh air, quiet, allocated parking space. The whether wasn't great so we couldn't make the most of the outdoors facilities and we didn't come prepared for a swim so missed these. Will definitely recommend!!!

Cons: We arrived at night and there is no light to make it easy to find the house. We had the directions sent via email however was really hard to see the no of the house in the dark. Also, why was a tap and sink in the bedroom?!!

It was great for a crawling baby, lovely location although you can’t walk to the beach with a pushchair

Pros: Spacious, light, lovely hot shower beautiful surroundings

Cons: It could do with a few more kitchen utensils ie potato peeler a smaller frying pan; there were plenty of plates but they need some nicer mugs. Kitchen stuff just a bit tired.
