Cosy, homely place a short distance from the beach and town.

Pros: Clean, cosy and nicely furnished. Stocked with essentials for beach days, and bringing dogs/kids.

Cons: A smart Tv would have been great to sign into Netflix etc. but there was a good selection of dvds and player.

Very comfortable stay in an easy location

Pros: Great value for money in a prime tourist town. Easy walk to Swanpool beach. Very comfortable facilities.

Lovely place to stay . Cant wait to come back

Pros: Very clean, light,nice design , bright and new. A home from home. Nice large double bedrooms and large kitchen. Herbs growing in garden. Dog friendly secure garden Lots of nice walks nearby and a community orchard by playground past primary school on way to allotments . Great location and only 10 min walk round lovely lake to lovely beach or 3 min drive.5 mins drive to Central Falmouth or 15- 20 mins walk. Would stay again and really hoping to !

Cons: Liked everything! But As it’s a 2 story house it wouldn’t suit those with major disabilities as both bedrooms are upstairs and there are steps down to it ( with a strong wooden handrail installed). Access via neighbours entrance ( if pre arranged) to shared pathway would be easier as less steps. Has possible access via side passage , garden and patio doors into front room. There is a downstairs toilet and wash basin which is a large space .
