Location is fine if you don't mind walking up and down hills to and from the town.

Pros: Location is fine - as long as you appreciate that Fowey is located at the bottom of a hill and \

Cons: The seating in the lounge is most impractical and uncomfortable. It could be vastly improved by providing a couple of settees and an armchair.

I liked it and will return in the future.

Pros: The location was good for dog walks and the walk into town. The property was good for facilities and clean. Nice parking space. The garden was well big enough for our needs and our dog.
