Great location, good size house for 8.

Pros: Location was fabulous, easy to get to the train station to reach at Ives, beautiful local beaches.

Cons: One of the en-suite bathroom was not clean on arrival. Also bbq was not able to be used as it was not clean.

Pros: The house was beautiful and catered for all ten of us easily.

Cons: Could have done with an hot tub to really nail it but that's just me been picky 🙃
