Excellent!

Pros: A lovely house in a great location - handy for the beach. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The enclosed garden is brilliant for a play area.

Our trip was a great success, and the cottage contributed fully to that. Thank you!

Pros: The cottage is very comfortable, clean and cozy, and all amenities are very good. The location is fine and a good jumping-off point for many lovely locations. There is good space for two cars to park. We would strongly recommend Balwest Cottage as a great place to stay in western Cornwall.

Cons: The shower is excellent ... but the cubicle is not well sealed and water gets outside onto the floor and through the floorboards unless you use a lot of the available towelling to mop it up. This should be reasonably easy to fix. The drawers in the conservatory were not as clean as the rest of the house.
