Great base for the South of Cornwall

Pros: The location was great and quiet. The house was well laid out and equipped. The owner met us and let us know of a couple of issues they had discovered before our arrival and offered us a solution until he could get it fixed (the next day). He kept us updated with an expected road closure as well which was amazing.

Cons: Not a lot. The mattress in the king-size bed wasn't the most comfortable. And I prefer sealed blackout blinds or curtains as I do wake up easily when the sun rises in the morning but that's my problem. The TV control and channels are a bit hit-and-miss and the apps wouldn't work. The WiFi dropped out every so often as well.
