Pros: The place was very well kept. Excellent kitchen equipment, excellent shower, tastefully decorated, close to main roads to explore Cornwall, very clean and friendly host. This is not a complaint, but it seems to apply to Cornwall that the wifi is not very reliable.

Beautiful property, incredible attention to detail and comfort - super friendly hosts.

Pros: Super hosts and incredibly comfortable and well equipped property.

Cons: The only negative was the road noise, as the property is next to the A30. After a few days we didn’t really notice it but it took a while to get used to it. On the plus side however, the close proximity made it easy to get every where easily!

Would highly recommend, no hesitations in returning for another stay.

Pros: Everything you needed for a comfortable stay.Very clean.Nice touch of a welcome pack.Choice of several outside area's to sit and relax in privacy. Secure parking. Centrally located to explore local area and beyond.

A perfect base to explore Cornwall

Pros: Easily accessible, close to major trunk roads for exploring Cornwall. Facilities were very clean and comfortable . We had a minor issue during our stay when a bulb tripped the electric sockets, the owner responded to our text and sorted it immediately

Cons: Nothing - all good as we expected and in many ways better!
