2 Rose Cottages

A wonderful week! We will return without children to do lovely walks.

Pros: Location was perfect for our needs and even better than our expectations. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Whilst a few things like salt and pepper would be helpful I appreciate that having no food at all is easier for all. A couple of books or toys, especially outdoor toys eg a ball, would have been nice.

Cons: There could have been a high chair! Fortunately we had a substitute.

Very picturesque, but...

Pros: Very picturesque. Walk down to the local cove was easy and pretty, the cove itself was beautiful and quiet. Good self catering accommodation. We had to call the office for directions as the pin drop/postcode on Booking.com took us to a field, but they were very helpful.

Cons: The location is very remote, and it is difficult to find places to eat, we went in mid May but lots of restaurants weren't open Mondays or Tuesdays. I would advise not booking this cottage if you are 6ft or taller, as you will spend most of your stay ducking! My allergies seemed to be affected when I sat on the lounge furniture, I'm not sure if a cat had been in attendance or they were dusty, but that was a shame, the rest of the cottage was clean.

Adorable cottage au milieu de la nature

Pros: Cottage très typique et décoré avec goût, d un charme fou Grand jardin Accès à la plage par une balade de 20 mn à travers bois. Au bout du bois, les paysages sont à couper le souffle !! Lieu très tranquille Cuisine parfaitement équipée Douces attentions à l arrivée : sachets de thé et café, petits biscuits... Grande propreté

Cons: Literie pas très confortable car matelas à ressorts ; sol de l étage pas droit (mais ça fait partie du charme de l endroit) Attention à penser à baisser la tête à certains endroits de la maison 🙂

Pros: Prima locatie in het pitoreske Lansallos. Dichtbij het kustpad.
