We were 4 mates of mature age going on our annual fishing trip, the property was perfect for our needs, very comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable, lovely view and everything we needed for our stay, even fresh milk in the fridge.

Cons: If I had to be critical of anything it would be the wooden steps up to the property are going to need refurbishing before to long.

Comfortable house with interesting views.

Pros: Very comfortable house, nicely decorated and interesting views to the front. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is very good, although would benefit from a shelf to hold toiletries. Good size kitchen with everything you could need. Very comfy sofa.

Cons: The amount and type of steps up to the property were not clearly mentioned in the booking page. It would be a problem for someone with limited mobility so should be mentioned. Parking is a bit tight if you are not used to it.

Fantastic stay !

Pros: Great location to town , fab house with lots of facilities. Really enjoyed our stay and the neighbours made us feel very welcome .

Pros: The house is very peaceful. Lovely outlook to the front. Looe town is only a few mins walk away from the property. There are a variety of places to visit. If you haven't got your own car there are plenty of taxis.

Cons: The cottage is on a hill, to get to it is up two lots of steps. But is good exercise!

We had a good time although didn't use the house to its full potential .

Pros: The location was great very near to my brother who we were visiting. The kitchen was very well stocked and the pint of milk very welcome

Cons: The car parking space was very tight we parked at my brothers ,as on most days there were other vehicles which would have made this a very difficult task. The radiators in both bathrooms need replacing and the upper bathroom could do with refurbishment.
