Comfortable and right on the beach - but also right next to a train line and busy walking path

Pros: Almost on the beach, close enough to St Michael’s Mount that you can walk there (and avoid the parking chaos closer to the mount). Comfortable and clean, room for 4 people to sleep. Dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, complete crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker (but no pods, the machine uses Dolce Gusto pods and not the more common Nespresso pods). Sainsbury’s a few miles away for the things you’ll need like laundry detergent, kitchen towels. Parking for two cars.

Cons: No wi-fi, and 5G network reception is nonexistent. The south west coast path is right in front of the cottage (between the cottage and the beach), so there are people walking by all the time who can see into the cottage unless the shades are drawn. Right behind the cottage is a train line, and trains pass every half hour or so which is quite noisy unless you keep all the windows closed.

Pros: Perfect location , nice clean place , fully equipped.

Good quality holiday bungalow in a good position with breathtaking views of St Michaels Mount.

Pros: Nice spacious detached 2 bedroom bungalow that was one of nine similar detached properties. It is set just over the sea wall from the coast path in a quiet position and had an outdoor seat facing St Michaels Mount. It was conveniently set around 20 minutes level walk from the often very busy Marazion. Penzance was within 50 minutes flat walking. The bungalow was clean and well equipped and built as a holiday property so did not take away property from the locals . There was plenty of parking and 2 cafes within 100 yards.

Cons: Nothing really, other than with a key in a box on the wall there is always concern the code will not work on arrival!
