Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Nana's House. The house was clean and well equipped. The view of the sea through the bedroom window was gorgeous. And we liked that it was very close to the beach.

Cons: Not being able to contact anyone if we had a problem. The number we were provided with just went to an automated voice message with instructions to chat to someone via chatbot. I had a query regarding payment and instructions on accessing the house. O only got a response via text the next day. Had that been an emergency, we would've been stranded.
