Would definitely go back

Pros: We loved the location and absolutely stunning views with easy access to the village and nice dog walks. The house was spacious and had everything we needed and was lovely and comfortable. We liked the little touches of coffee, fudge and biscuits on arrival. We benefitted from the air con on a hot week. Eufy was bery helpful at cleaning! The shower was hot and powerful. The TV and Sonos sound bar were very welcoming after a long busy day. With our electric car, the charging cable was a god send.

Cons: Technology was great, but it can take some working out, and when you're only there for a week, you're just getting used to it when you're leaving. Would be nice to have some more comfortable seating outside for sunbathing. Some areas (such as fridge/freezer and bedroom drawers) could have done with a more thorough clean.

Beautifully renovated house in a great spot, with fabulous views and parking (an added bonus).

Pros: The property was very modern and well appointed, all the latest gadgets and even air-con which was great as we were there in the peak of UK summer (lucky us!)

Cons: Could have done with 2 pillows per person (& more comfy ones).

Fantastic 3 bedroom well equipped house with wonderful Mevagissey harbour views

Pros: Fantastic location with great views of Mevagissey harbour. Very clean and very well equipped. Huge living room with big kitchen, big fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. 3 reasonably sized bedrooms. Great shower over bath in bathroom. Owner extremely helpful when we needed something or had a query. Would definitely book again.

Cons: Very tight narrow road but our Tesla X managed it!

Absolutely breathtaking views and possibly the best air b&b we’ve stayed in, pristine and so homely

Pros: The beautiful views, all the comforts and more. Beautiful welcome gift and very comfortable beds and fresh linen. And a third floor toilet! The fridge talked to us!

Cons: It’s a smart house so took a minute for us to work out the stove, heating and even the kettle but we are technophobes!

Pros: The location was fantastic and the apartment was amazing. It was very interesting how much technology there was. Everything was connected to everything else! When the washing machine finished it told you on the TV! Even the fridge had an iPad on it! As 4 of the 6 of us were in their 20's it kept them entertained! 😄 We went for my 60th birthday and had a fantastic time.

Cons: The walk down the hill to the harbour! Everything else was fantastic.

All the mod cons in a beautiful location!

Pros: The location of this place is brilliant and the views are fantastic. Mevagissey is picturesque! We came home yesterday and I'm already looking to book again for next year! If you love quaint little fishing villages with lots of walks, pubs, and cafés this place is for you. There's plenty to do nearby too, and if you fancy a trip to Newquay during your stay, it's only 35 mins drive away. The house itself is spacious and clean and filled with modern appliances. The living room TV is huge and there's a smaller smart TV in each bedroom. There's a washer dryer which we found very useful and the Air Con in every room is fantastic and easy to control. The views from both the front bedroom, which has a balcony, and the loft bedroom, which has an amazing opening/extending skylight, are breathtaking. It was everything we needed and wanted for our stay.

Cons: I'm struggling to find anything we didn't like, but if I have to mention anything, it would be the handrail on the front steps. Within minutes of arriving, 2 of us had cut fingers as the rail is too close to the pebble dashed wall. But it was the clumsiest 2 of the group, so maybe that explains it!

Lovely and peaceful

Pros: Couldn’t work out how to get the code but was sorted straight away with the ring door bell

Cons: Leaving as it was so nice and really upto date on tech
