Pros: Quiet location and close to Looe and Polperro. Comfortable living room and bedroom. Nice big bath and overhead shower. Kitchen with all amenities.

Lovely cottage

Pros: Very clean cottage, everything you needed for a stay. The Location of the cottage is very quiet, has good parking. There are other cottages around but we didn't see or hear the neighbours some were holiday let's and at least one was residential. Location good for exploring surrounding areas, will definitely need a car. Cottage is very much out in the countryside, no buses pass by that we were aware of, road is very busy and fast, not suitable for walking into looe No pubs within walking distance. My friend and I had a lovely time, we explored places that we had previously not been to in Cornwall. The cottage being not in a town or village was not an issue for us, but if you want more evening entertainment that you can walk to and resturants then this isn't the place for you, unless you drive or get a taxi. If you like a quiet retreat surrounded by lovely scenic countryside, then this is definitely a place to consider.

Cons: I feel that some more information in the cottage on what to do in Cornwall would be a bonus, for example some leaflets on attractions eg Eden Project, slate mines etc. Also there was no information regarding recycling, everything was put in landfill.
