Great place to stay for a much needed break fantastic Location great advantage having a dedicated car parking space

Pros: Exceptionally clean and well equipped up to date modern interior very comfortable beds

Cons: I would be nit picking to find much wrong but perhaps a newer tv and an air fryer !! Oh and the “ sea view “ is a tad misleading!!!

Lovely house and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Pros: very well equipped, big spacious rooms,clean and everything in good working order, three toilets wonderful and garden perfect for rinsing and drying wetsuits etc. On site parking great also. Beds very comfortable and lots of storage. our family had a very enjoyable stay here.

Cons: some street noise in front bedroom, more stair gates on the first floor landing would have been great for toddlers (same style as bottom gate for dogs)

Pros: Just returned from a lovely week. Really enjoyed our stay in ocean heights, such a beautiful house. Very comfy beds and all the equipment you need in the kitchen. Close to beaches and Newquay town centre, which is what we wanted. A folder left on arrival with all information we might need for our stay. Will definitely book again.

Pros: House decor and facilities excellent. Ideal for our group

Cons: Only negative we had was more to do with arriving in Newquay from a flight at approximately 11am and not able to check in until 4pm. This meant we all were carrying baggage around until then. Would have been great if we could have dropped bags off some way.
