The property looks nice and clean also I like Christmas tree inside the house, my family enjoyed.

Pros: The location was perfect We made our own breakfast's we love it 🥰

Excellent stay and close to everything

Pros: Comfortable and cosy and close to the pool and pub. Kids loved the pool and the Sunday roast in the pub was amazing. We all had a fab time and it’s close to Newquay airport.

Cons: Just be careful with clothes/valuables when going to the leisure pool as there are no lockers in the changing rooms. My daughter’s Nike shorts were taken by someone. I had left them on the bench in the changing room with all her other clothes and shoes (as did everyone else). It was a shock to come out the pool and the shorts were gone!

An abssolute gem of a place

Pros: Very cosy place to stay for a family of 3. Easy to find. Place was perfect location for us to visit places in Newquay. Host is very good in communicating with us about the property.

Cons: 2 things that are a challenge for the property: locking the door and information on how to turn the heated towel rail. I assume and hope in summer there is an airer available to dry swimwear.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfortable. Great location just off A30 so easy to travel further afield. Pub on site and leisure centre.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Family friendly, comfortable and cosy!

Pros: The home was perfectly located within the holiday park. We were a stones throw away from the pub, outdoor pool, playgrounds and leisure facilities, which included a cafe, indoor pool, and soft play area. In the dry weather, the outside space was ideal for relaxing while the kids played. The little personal touches to the holiday home made all the difference, and made this a perfect base for our trip.

Cosy flat!

Pros: A very cosy flat with everything we need! The instructions to get there and use the amenities were really good! Even though it’s in a family park, it was very calm and you can relax ! If you have a car, then you have easy access to many other places in Cornwall!

Cons: Internet was a bit slow sometimes

Pros: We were there off season so it was quiet but it is a large resort so it could be a bit noisy in high season.

Cons: We liked it there but were a bit surprised by the request to remove the sheets and covers of pillows and blankets in day of our departure.

Amazing unbelievable

Pros: i really like the layout of the property. it was very cosy and warming. the property had everything we needed it was like being at home. my family couldnt believe it was where we staying when we pulled up at the property..

Cons: it was perfect could not fault anything

Pros: The house was impeccably clean and felt wonderfully fresh, almost like it had just been renovated. The bathroom was modern and beautifully designed, and the electric fireplace in the living room added a fantastic, cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the stay included access to resort amenities like a pool, gym, and an indoor soft play area for kids (plus an outside playground) — all at no extra cost. It’s a perfect place for couples and families alike. Highly recommended!
