Fab host great location

Pros: The host was fabulous nothing was too much trouble. The house is in a good location just a few minutes walk to the main town and had everything you would need for a self catering stay within the property. The property was clean and comfy.

Cons: The house could do with a few repairs

Pros: The location was great and the host was great. Katy allowed early check- in and a late check- out. We was left wine and fudge and the dog treats. Just a great host in general. The house is very spacious and plenty of in door activities. Honestly a great house to stay in.

Cons: A few minors. I would have liked a mop and sweeping brush for all the sand with the kids and the dog and more tea towels. Also, we could not sleep in the downstairs bedroom (largest bed). Due to the strong smell of damp. I am 36 week pregnant and it did get on my chest. The smell was over- whelming, but i appreciate it is an old big house.

Pros: Beautiful, spacious house, only a five minute walk from the centre of Newquay

Pros: Great location, and the perfect sized house for our group. The large kitchen diner is the heart of the house and a great space for entertaining. The extra touches from the host on our arrival were appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Amazing house and owner!

Pros: Everything about the property was fantastic. We’ve traveled all over the world in multiple Airbnbs/rentals and it’s very seldom we come across such a helpful, willing, going of their way, and just all round welcoming owner. Not only did she accept a last minute 9pm booking, she drove over to get the house ready for us as well as stopping to get our kids Easter eggs and make sure the heating was on for us with a pint of milk ready after a horrible storm tore through our campsite and we were wet cold and had nowhere to stay with our kids and dog. All of this on top of the fact that the house itself was clean, stocked, and a perfect layout for 2 families to share! Pretty much everything you need for kids and a dog also! We’d 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in newquay. Parking was easy and we could fit 2 campers and a car! Walk into town and the beach super easy! If you’re wondering about booking here, just do it! You won’t regret it!

Great holiday all round

Pros: The house is really nice and having a pool table was a massive plus as you have entertainment when the weather isn't so great. The location was really good as its only 5 mins walk to the shops and pubs
