Pros: Great location. Beds & sofa comfortable. Kitchen v well equipped. V clean throughout.

Cons: Heating & hot water were both switched off on our arrival. Front door v difficult to lock.

Pros: Everything you needed, nice and comfy, quiet location

Cons: The weathet wasnt great nothing we coukd do about that, very long drive from scotland. But worth it

Pros: Location was good for locals beaches and walk into Padstow!

Cons: The front door was a little hard to get into but otherwise great !

A very pleasant stay.

Pros: Location was good near to supermarket and bus stops if required. Walk in to Padstow approximately 15mins. The house was clean and has a dishwasher washing machine cooker, fridge freezer etc.

Cons: It is dated and the place needs decorating, furniture replaced. The bed was not comfortable. Plates and dishes was limited.

Comfortable accommodation in a great location

Pros: Location was excellent for a short walk into Padstow or a drive to the centre. Tesco was 0.3miles away so if anything was forgotten it was easily sorted. So quiet and still there. Didn't see a single neighbour throughout our short stay.

Cons: Parking was a little tight when other cars were parked but other than that, everything was really good.
