Excellent!

Pros: The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could think of.

Pros: The presentation was good, appliances worked as required and location close to town centre, supermarket and e.v. charging station.

Cons: The front door lock was very difficult to operate successfully. It required the counter-intuitive movement of the door handle's lever action upwards to enable the key to lock and unlock the striker bar. It would have been helpful if detailed instructions were given to clients before their arrival at Pufflings. This would relieve a lot of stress and time wasting on locking and unlocking the door.

Superb holiday home!

Pros: The property was brilliant, perfect for 4 people and extremely clean and well maintained. They provided loads of towels and the kitchen was really well equipped. Communication was great from the host too! Couldn’t really fault it at all!

Cons: Only one parking space but this was fine as we parked our other car on a lane nearby.
