The Annexe at Tenniside

The Annex at Teniside is a fantastic property in a great location.

Pros: We loved the comfortable, cosy feel. Great location and lovely outside space.

Cons: Nothing.

A good small getaway for group/family

Pros: The best thing was the location and how close it was to the beach, we sadly didn’t get the best weather but we made it work as we could. The house was spacious and plenty of room for a family or small group. There’s majority of the things you’d need already provided which is good. The little water running in front of the house is a nice little space to chill in the morning!

Cons: The place is not spotless clean so if you’re a clean freak this is not for you! There’s areas that could be better cleaned and changed to make the place more cleaner for guests such as bathroom window and shower curtain that looked like it was either dirt or mould at the bottom. Also as it’s pet friendly - we did find some waste left from previous guests’ pets around garden area which is not ideal but just another thing that might matter in general for cleanliness. Being a shared property with the hosts might put down others from staying due to noise and having little privacy in the house as everything can be heard.

Pros: Fab little place tucked away in a quiet area of Perranporth yet still so close to town. Dog and family friendly with enough space for us all. Perfect. Thank you :)

Absolutely perfect 👌

Pros: It’s our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it again. It’s lovely, clean and in the perfect location.

10/10 would stay again.

Pros: Location is fantastic, 10 minutes from the beach, fantastic park round the corner with a tennis court, high street is literally a stones throw away, saved a fortune on parking and driving as we walked all round the village! The annex was like a home from home, warming, cosy, clean and very well furnished.

Pros: Beautifully presented Annexe, very cosy and comfy. Perfect location and Host is very lovely and accommodating. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year. Bonus hot tub in the garden area. 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Absolutely perfect.

Cosy, clean and perfect location.

Pros: It was very clean, very comfy and had everything we needed for a long weekend. A 5 minute walk from town and the beach.

Cons: The bathroom ceiling is very low - not an issue for most of us but for anyone over 6ft it can be a little difficult.

Great location, comfortable stay, lots of space.

Pros: The location and space in the property is great. Also it comes with a parking space which is great if you are driving.

Cons: Not much.

A Wonderful Place to stay in a great location.

Pros: The Annexe was perfect for us, close to the beach and shops. Behind is a fabulous park and beautiful green space. The place its self was incredibly tidy and clean. It had everything we needed. Would recommend.
