Great views and location in Polzeath

Pros: Excellent location near the beach. Really spectacular views. Comfortable space with seating areas. Nice Kitchen. Good dry store outside for wet and sandy gear when you come home from the beach. The parking spaces are a real bonus if you have friends in the area too.

Cons: Info about how to clear up before leaving.
