Comfy, warm, great location - we were all very happy with the property!

Pros: Great location, clean and warm property. Outside area good for kids to play and the animals were a great watch.

Cons: An extra bag for the kitchen bin would have been great, also having some way to recycle would have been good too.

Cosy home for holiday

Pros: We have had a great time at this place...for us it was unbelievable cosy and charming. The kitchen is full of things you need for cooking. All those nice animals and the style of Interieur..so lovely and welcomed ❤️ Thank you ...we wish that we could stay longer.

Cons: Really nothing to tell

Pros: It was a nice location. Lodge was clean tidy. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: Hadn't realised that we needed to take towels.

Under £1k for week; perfectly acceptable

Pros: Simple but just what we needed; there was everything you may need (except towels)…bit odd but luckily I read this before travelling. Basic but for under £1k for a week yeah perfectly fine.

Cons: No Towels / wish we had of been nearer to Port Issac.

Stay at Atlantic Lodge

Pros: The location and the view is amazing and it is very tranquil. The Lodge was extremely fully equipped and the actual grounds were stunning.

Cons: The fact that you are threatened with accumulating a cleaning fine, when it was not clean in the first place. The bathroom floor is flooding underneath, the handle needed replacing on the patio door. It was a struggle opening the door with the key. The couch and bed were hard and uncomfortable. The reason why it is worth the money is due to the location and view. The grounds are spotlessly clean. The farmer is very considerate with his animals and puts them to bed overnight, so there is no noise. It could ideally do with a refurb, as the rate for your stay is certainly not cheap.

Relaxed comfortable stay , sea within easy walking distance

Pros: Location high up with lovely views down the field into the valley with the sea on the horizon.

Cons: Some of the fixtures and fittings were in need of attention. Accommodation is well equipped with all that’s needed for a good stay. Towels are not provided and would have appreciated that being advised. It does state linen provided.

Pros: we loved watching the goats and chickens and the peacock wondering about. the Lodge was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. lovely location, 15 minute walk to Port Issac.

Pros: Great facilities and location, quiet with great views

Relaxing stay in charming cottage on a lovely working Cornwall farm.

Pros: Extraordinarily beautiful location on cliff top with ocean view at horizon. The animals (goats, Guinea hens and ducks) were a delightful plus. Owner rapidly responded to question re heating. Good size capacity of coin-operated and separate washer and dryer (1.50 to wash, 0.50 for each 15 mins drying time). Water temp and pressure were excellent, however no grab bars, so potential issue for those with balance or joint issues. Cliff walks are beautiful but be aware are very steep & were muddy after a rain, so not accessible for those with mobility or cardiopulmonary issues. In October, no availability of Uber so requires car rental to explore area (Tin Tagel castle, etc) For an American, driving is very challenging due to tight hand drive and narrow, winding roads. Port Isaac is walkable via a challenging steep path, and was fun to visit—wonderful meals at Golden Lion and Black House Wine Bar, with friendly staff.

Cons: Just be aware of physical & driving challenges before deciding if it’s for you— it was great for our family.
