Lovely Place, right before the Eden Project!

Pros: The host Robin was very informative from the start, he had called me the day before check in to make sure all details were correct. When we arrived, we found the garage and parking spot very easily thanks to Robin's instructions. Place was spotless and warm, lovely cottage feel to it with great modern features, not cluttered like some can be. Kitchen was big with a lovely eating area modern hob too. Bathroom downstairs has a bath with jets and lights with a waterfall shower, again, lovely and modern. Rooms were tidy and clean, lovely old furniture, we did question how they got it all up the stairs! As a adult, the Mezzanine bed was a tad difficult to get down from but that didn't stop my mother giving it a go! All in all, great place, exactly what we needed, couldn't fault it.

Cons: The stairs from the garage and parking were quite steep, but we knew that before arrival.

Cosy cottage in a perfect location

Pros: Location is great. Ample space in the house, including two toilets was helpful with a family of 5. It was great to find a cupboard full of toys and games, along with books. Wish we had known about that before filling the car! The beds were very comfy! The host was great with communication, thank you.

Cons: There are black mould spores in the kitchen, which ideally need removing and treating for health and safety. The toilet brushes were mouldy and unclean. The toilet upstairs had a very strong sewage smell. There wasn't any antibacterial spray for the kitchen or bathroom which I would have liked to keep on top of cleaning whilst there.

Pros: Had everything we needed. Everything is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Perfect for the kids. We loved it

Beautiful and lovely and good value for money

Pros: It was a beautiful old cottage with a fantastic character and a resident spider

Cons: Because we had your elderly parents, we struggled with the stairs and it would’ve been good if there had been some notice that this was going to be the case otherwise it was fantastic

Great location for Eden project!

Pros: Brilliant location for Eden project and walkable for shops nearby. Some nicest beaches and pubs in driving distance. Good communication from the owner. Parking at rear of property. Nice property.

Cons: The kids room got very hot even with the window open and curtains closed in the day. Very steep steps down to property - fine for us but should be aware of it for older/younger people. Can still be accessed by front door.

Had a great stay, would recommend and would stay again.

Pros: Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed for our stay, close to amenities. A pub 2 minutes walk away and not far from the Eden project.

Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like was the bath drainage, took ages to drain so stood in water while showering, I know sometimes this is something that can’t be sorted.
