Perfect! Loved being so close to the Red Lion pub, as well as having some excellent takeaway options

Pros: The property was ideally located for visiting my elderly aunt who lives nearby. As we had travelled a long distance, the convenience of accessing the key via the lock box was greatly appreciated. The cottage itself was wonderfully cosy and pleasantly warm on our arrival, and the Christmas decorations were a lovely added touch. I contacted the owner several times prior to our stay with general questions and she always responded very promptly. I would certainly return to this cottage in the future..

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. We were slightly unsure about the rubbish collection day, as the information folder stated one day while the notice on the kitchen wall mentioned another. However, this was a very minor point and did not affect our stay in any way.

Perfect choice for the family stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

Pros: The house was nice and tidy with very well equiped kitchen.

Cons: Freezer was completely frozen - unable to use.

Pros: The whole place is very well appointed and extremely comfortable from the settees to the beds. Really feels like home after a day out. Everyone is so friendly in the village. Would go back again as a base for a holiday.
