Porth View Newquay

Superb property

Pros: Poperty was fantastic. We loved our stay at Porth View. The house was clean, beds were all really comfy and it was furnished to a great standard. Kitchen and cooker were huge and it was well kitted out. There are two living areas with sofas so it feels really spacious, but cosy. Shower was hot and very powerful, and we appreciated having a bath as well. A really lovely property and there was lots to do in the area. Hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly and we really appreciated the little touches like the wine and biscuits which made it special.

Cons: A second toilet would be the icing on the cake, but everything else was fab!

Pros: It was such a lovely, cosy home. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: The only thing I would, say is that the oven on the right side seems faulty.

Lovely house, clean and comfy to stay in. Kitchen well equipped, loved the stay!

Pros: Lots of space really comfy bed and couch, garden for the dog, big kitchen - great space overall. Really close to a lovely beach and Newquay is a great location to explore Cornwall

Cons: Little bit out of central Newquay which was fine for us because we didn’t go out at night…if you wanted to walk into Newquay for a night out it’s quite a distance.

Fantastic and clean house!

Pros: The property was fantastic! It is a very well-maintained house with everything guests might need. There was also a great collection of board games, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge, and some milk. Coffee pods were also provided. The beds were large and very comfortable, and the house was spotlessly clean. Since it was mid-October, the price was excellent as well!

Cons: Nothing I disliked.

Brilliant

Pros: Very clean , very cozy and a piecefull place to stay. Well maintained and will be recommending to everyone.

Cons: Nothing , it was perfect in everyway.

Pros: The property looks absolutely gorgeous. The the house smelt fresh the linen or smelt fresh it was a good location as it is close to town. The house is lovely decorated was very comfortable and one of the bedroom has a lovely scenery of the sea.

Cons: Would’ve loved to have a rooftop outside on the patio. We found it difficult to work the oven as we wanted to bake a few cakes.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and easy parking at the front. comfortable living area and bedrooms. Great Indian Restaurant nearby. Easy walk to shops for supplies.

Cons: There was not much to not like about our stay here. A flat sheet on the bed would have been appreciated as the room was too warm for the duvet but not warm enough to have no cover over us.

Pros: The house was big enough to accommodate our family of 6. Lovely and clean everything you could possibly want was at hand. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here as a family and the location was fantastic close enough to get to wherever you needed within Ten minutes The host was very responsive I wasn't sure where the iron was and within a few minutes there was a response. Would happily book again

Cons: Everything was fantastic well thought out and all you could possibly want as a family was at hand.

A fantastic property for a family or friends of 6, including my dog.

Pros: The communication before my arrival was excellent, and the house was as shown on the Booking site: spacious and spotless. The hosts had thought about everything for their guests: a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, tea and Coffee with biscuits, and excellent facilities. They had two hairdryers for the guests, big towels for each bed in the house, board games, and Netflix was available for the end of the evening with two big snug areas. Great big garden too. Absolutely loved the property, we are definitely coming back. Great value for money.💕

Cons: I haven't got any negatives apart from the sink and toilet in the bathroom, which were slightly lower than usual, but nothing that I couldn't manage.
