Pros: Great location and the accommodation was very welcoming, cosy and comfortable.

Cons: Lock box was slightly awkward and difficult to operate. Side/rear entrance to the property did not reflect the property overall.

Wonderful short break

Pros: Superb apartment. Modern, clean and well equipped, very comfy beds, beautifully decorated and views were beautiful. Only five minutes to walk into St Mawes, where you’ll find lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants and the harbour ferry to Falmouth. The owners were staying in the main house for a part of our stay and were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only niggle was the sofa, it wasn’t awfully comfortable to sit and watch the tv, as it had a very low back.

Great location, very well equipped and decorated and a very helpful owner

Pros: The property was beautifully clean and very well equipped and decorated. It had a lovely view of the river and was a10 minute walk into St Mawes. It made for a very relaxing short break, and with the same mugs, placemats and curtains as our own, we felt instantly at home!

Pros: Easy to find, Great location, the beach being literally 2 minutes away! We felt the apartment was cosy, clean and very well equipped Extra shower downstairs was a bonus as was the utility/boot room with having our dog with us. The beds were comfy and line and towels good quality. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: What an absolute gem here in St Mawes. Excellent location to walk down into the village, around 10 minutes. Some fab coastal walks on your doorstep. The property was so cosy and welcoming! Some lovely Cornish goodies on arrival. The kitchen was so well equipped, we cooked nearly every night as it was enjoyable. The wood burner makes this even more cosy. The utility was such a useful space as coming in from cold and muddy walks or wet swim wear meant it was easy to sort kit out. All of the decor was lovely and bedrooms well equipped and cosy.

Pros: This was an outstanding find ! Meadowside is in a beautiful spot with views of the estuary all around. The accommodation was exceptional-5 star luxury!.Our hosts were so friendly and really made us feel at home with their kindness.
