Comfortable, warm and well equipped self catering cottage within easy walking distance of Rock shops and eateries.

Pros: Perfect location for us. Very well equipped and cosy cottage for a chilly New Year break.

Pros: Good location. Clean home. Lots of kitchen utensils and items useful for making meals. Comfortable beds. Good communication with owner.

Pros: Excellent host, nice well appointed cottage well equipped. Food shop within walking distance.

Cons: Situated directly onto road so very noisy at night with windows open.

Hollyhocks was a great base for our mini-break.

Pros: Location is superb. Within walking distance of local shops, good pub and Rock beach. Very spacious. Good sized, secure garden for our dogs. We’ll equipped. Very clean.

Cons: Only minor niggle was toilet flush in main bathroom needs fixing. Not a major problem for us as the en-suite was fine but could be an issue if more people staying.

Large cottage, perfect location to local villages, amenities & Hostess!

Pros: Wendy was very accomodating of our group & responded very quickly to any messages, excellent location, 100 yards from the Pityme Inn, 20 mins walk from Rock, plenty of little shops in the village and wood supplied for the fire. Terrific break, Thanks Wendy!

Cons: Toilets were a little slow running- probably water pressure.

Pros: The property was very clean. We visited at Xmas time and the Xmas decorations were amazing it felt like home from home.

Pros: Very good size bedrooms - good bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean. Good location for Rock, Polzeath and Daymer and the local stores.

Simply the best accommodation, catered all needs

Pros: Exceptionally Clean, Every needs it catered specially we are with children and they found lots of board games to play., Bed's are very comfy. The kitchen had all the utensils you want. Off road parking. The area is very quiet at night.

Cons: Toilet by the stairs is struggle to flush.

Great place to stay when in Rock

Pros: Location for us, near family. Great cottage with all you could wish for. Owners are fantastic, helped us when we foolishly locked ourselves out. I would certainly book again.
