Pros: exceptionally clean, with welcoming pack, tea coffee and so much more, the lodge had everything you could possible need, and if you happened to find something not accessible, the host is only to happy to support.

Cons: there was nothing that we didn't like, the lodge was perfect, and exceeded our expectations and we wish to go back should we get the chance too.

Incredible.super private

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Finished to a high standard. Well equipped. The super friendly host genuinely wants you to enjoy the stay and ensures you are happy. Amazing location - 5 mins walks to St Agnes beach - great sand, surf, rock pools, views. Award winning local pub 3 mins walk. Town is super pretty- amazing bakery, butchers, veg shop, deli etc. St Agnes beach is stunning. 5-10 mins drive to chapel Porth, Holywell bay, Perranporth beach. The hot tub is amazing and well maintained. Great sun deck as it’s south facing. And very very private - a little tropical paradise. Stay here - you will have an amazing holiday! The best Cornwall holiday I’ve had. Simply amazing.

Relaxing peaceful holiday in well cared for property we will be back

We had a wonderful stay. St Agnes is beautiful with beautiful coastal walks and great amenities.

Pros: The location was perfect: five minutes walk to a superb pub and local amenities. Just a ten minute walk to the beach. We loved the hot tub- very straightforward to use with handy video to watch. The lodge was very comfortable and private with a lovely terrace to use. The locals were very friendly.

Cons: Parking was a little hair-raising! We would have liked more china as we kept running out of plates/ bowls. It felt wasteful using a dishwasher when only half full.
