Tregenna House - St Ives

Pros: The house was just wonderful ,and what we were expecting. Sea side its only 5 min walk from the house-just perfect. The house so cozy, what we needed we could find in the house- lots of plates, pots, kettle, cutlery, lots of cups. I was really happy with the family, as we came to celebrate Christmas and we found everything what we needed to set the table. Just wonderful. We really enjoyed time with my family and everyone felt like home. Thank you so much :) And wish you all the best with everything.

Pros: central location. gorgeous house with everything you could possibly need.

Cons: parking was 10 mins walk away fairly close but all uphill not ideal if you have lots of trips planned like we did.

Beautiful house in a great location

Pros: Great central location for St Ives Harbour and Porthminster beach. Beautiful house, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Comfortable and spacious for 7 adults.

Cons: Trying to load and unload on the narrow street as you can't park!

Amazing stay in St Ives - 4 days - loved it

Pros: Location is bang in the centre of st Ives Recently refurbished property, all facilities, white goods present. Lots of cutlery. Great outer area to sit and enjoy an outside lunch. All beds, bed linen clean and comfortable. Check-in instructions and response via booking website v fast and detailed.

Cons: No parking available close by, it's expected in St Ives as it's a beach town with narrow winding roads and an uphill. They give you a designated parking which is a 12 mins uphill walk, a tiring one - the descent is easy.

Pros: The downstairs space is amazing for large groups and the location of the property is perfect. Everything you need provided for you. Host was super helpful

Cons: I have already messaged the host to say that more hooks and storage upstairs would make it just perfect

Pros: This is a beautiful property with all the modern amenities. It was clean to professional standards and was well euipped with everthing one can ask for. Donna is an excellent host and she ensured we had an great experience. Property is centrally located in St Ives and is a perfect place for families.

Cons: Not a negative, but Parking though free and just 10 mins walk, is a walk up the hill and can be a daunting task.

A conveniently located, well equipped house within easy walk of shops and beaches.

Pros: Great location. Comfortably equipped. Prompt response to any queries.

Cons: An up-to-date house manual would have helped avoid questions. Unloading at the house on a busy street is tricky. Parking, whilst welcome, is quite a walk up the hill from the house.

Exceptional stay at Tregenna House- the location couldn’t be better for the centre of St Ives.

Pros: Location was amazing central right in the town of st ives with access too all beaches within 10/15miles and amazing place to commute to lands end The homely feel staying in this house is insane I genuinely felt like I was at home and the whole group thought it was amazing! Would highly recommend to others and wouldn’t look elsewhere if planning another trip back The customer service from the moment we booked to the moment we left was lovely and very personal
