A high quality appartment in a superb location

Pros: Located on the Tregenna Castle site-with a woodland walk to get into st Ives town less than a mile away. Beautifully furnished with quality linen snd towels. Generous welcome pack full of local Cornish products

Cons: The fan in the downstairs bathroom is very noisy and requires attention. The stairs and exterior access to the property required a good sweep up and clean! The light shades in the sitting area and upstairs bathroom require a good clean to remove lots of dead insects

Beautiful place, a little bit out of the way but very comfortable

Pros: Modern, clean, good amenities & decor, welcome pack etc.

Cons: Not easy to find - poor sign posting at site - top of stairs not easy for elderly to reach & further away from St Ives town centre than indicated to walk

Lovely, comfortable holiday apartment

Pros: Spacious and well equipped apartment. It was really comfortable and had the benefit of parking for one car. Great decor and stocked with everything you could need. The welcome pack was a really lovely and much appreciated touch.

Cons: We hadn’t quite anticipated the uphill walk from St. Ives! It was fine and a pretty route, just our ignorance in how hilly the area is.

Beautiful place in St Ives! Would recommend

Pros: The place is beautiful, perfectly clean and super comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The location is amazing walking distance from the city center a couple of beaches and restaurants. The staff was quick to help when we got lost finding the property the first day and came to look for us!

Cons: They don't offer amenities for the bathrooms (hand soap, body wash or shampoo). And very limited amenities for the kitchen: we got 3 dishwasher capsules for a five day stay, no salt and no pepper, no dishwashing soap. So make sure you bring your own!
