Pros: Location Parking close by( but has to be vacated on day of departure at 10am), and can only occupy at 3pm on arrival day 3 levels/storeys in apartment, so more privacy when sharing

Cons: Couldn't get shower in first bathroom to work. Just used top shower. There is probably a trick to it. Didn't bother us as could use other shower.

Great location for visiting St Ives with parking space and plenty of room

Pros: Great location by Porthgwidden- one minute from beach & cafe. Walk into St Ives- 4/5 minutes to galleries, restaurants, harbour. Great second floor bedroom en-suite Well-equipped and nice art Own parking space

Cons: Strong “lived-in” smell on ground floor- all other rooms bright & airy

What A Little Gem!

Pros: Loved the location. Everything on your doorstep, seconds from the beach. Free parking space is a real bonus. Views from 2 of the bedrooms were beautiful. Top floor bedroom with seating area was lovely.

Very comfortable and clean accomodation.

Pros: Fabulous well equipped house. Great central location. Lovely quiet and peaceful area. Very comfy beds. Lots of hot water, great shower in master bedroom. Lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival, thank you. Highly recommend.

Cons: The TV in the lounge did not work, there was very poor reception. We spent quite a while trying to fix it. If there was new working TV, our stay would have been perfect.

Perfect spot to stay in St Ives if you like the beach x

Pros: Superb location - lovely and cozy, well equipped. Beach on your doorstep!

Cons: The upstairs window box could be such a magic place to chill but just needs the sofa benches to be a little bit comfier! (Tiny niggle really!)

Pros: Great location and bonus parking space really handy! House clean and tidy and everything as expected from the description during booking. Stones throw from harbour, shops & beaches.
