Spacious and well appointed.

Pros: Spacious and well appointed. Nicely decorated. Ideal for a family of 5 or 6. Good dining area to accommodate the whole family. Great top floor double room. Back yard. Welcome package of tea, real coffee, milk and biscuits was appreciated.

Cons: Oven not fully functioning. Bottom element not working. Made Christmas dinner a challenge.
